Mediation Services

Guided, neutral support to help individuals reach agreements without the stress, cost, or complexity of court

What is Mediation?
Mediation is a structured, confidential process where a neutral third party helps participants communicate, explore options, and work toward a mutually acceptable resolution.

Our mediators do not take sides, offer legal advice, or make decisions for you — we guide the conversation, promote fairness, and help both parties stay focused on solutions.

How the Process Works

  1. Intake & Individual Consultations

We meet with each participant separately to understand your goals, concerns, and the issues you’d like to address.

  1. Mediation Session

A neutral mediator guides the conversation, helps identify common ground, and ensures both parties are heard in a structured, respectful environment.

  1. Solution Exploration

Participants work toward mutually acceptable options. The mediator helps clarify issues, organize priorities, and keep communication productive.

  1. Summary of Agreements

If agreement is reached, the mediator can prepare a written summary of the terms both parties agreed to.

(This is not legal advice or a legally binding document unless reviewed and filed appropriately.)

  1. Next Steps

Participants may choose to take the summary to an attorney, file it with a court, or use it as a personal written understanding.
